Description
Iron 27, Inc. is a small video game development studio located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Tired of seeing the same, depthless game concepts recycled on mobile devices, web entrepreneur Joel Tubre founded Iron 27 in September 2013.
His vision: "Build a multiplayer mobile RPG that allows players to experience both sides of dungeon crawling. Let players design their own labyrinths, pick their own monsters, and raid opposing player labyrinths." Iron 27 is composed of
a handful of exceptionally talented programmers, designers, and artists who have been working over a year to make Heroes of Shadow Guard a reality.

History
In early September 2013, web entrepreneur Joel Tubre and his best friend Taylor Tatum were enjoying a SEGA throwback Saturday
playing Shining in the Darkness. Known for turning everything into a business idea, Joel casually mentioned the concept of a multiplayer mobile game
that allowed players to experience both sides of dungeon crawling - "Let players design their own labyrinths and pick their monsters for other players to raid."
Known for being the ultimate gamer, Taylor loved the idea. However, given the depth of the game, they quickly realized Shadow Guard would require a team of developers.
After a couple weeks of planning and soul-searching, Joel took the plunge and dedicated the time and money needed to create Iron 27 Inc. The small studio's mission:
create a ground breaking multiplayer mobile RPG - Heroes of Shadow Guard.
